So I was bored and stumbled upon the KrazyKorean’s blog (don’t know the gentleman or lady, so for now, they will remain the Krazy Korean). Next things next, and I’m looking at this Asian kid (as the post is titled) rocking out with his electric guitar and diaper head-o-phone. It reminded me of Kid Rock’s pose in his Bawitdaba video I remember watching on MTV’s TRL after school in the 6th grade.
Come together. Progress together. Work together.
Men have their will power, but women have their way. Like the Ying & Yang of relationships.
Expect them. Eat them. For breakfast…or dinner.
Yes, I have a cat. Her name is Kiki and she’s a bitch.
Sometimes I just feel like telling people to fuck off!
It has been a week of realization for me. A week where I’ve had some free time (due to the holidays) to kick back, deep in thought, and refocus on where I’m headed. For the last two years, I’ve been intent on living in the present, I still am. But I realized this week that spending the time, whether that be once daily, weekly or monthly to contemplate what you [...]
A friend actually shot this picture – I just edited it. It was my first attempt at using the 360 App on the IPhone. You can see that much less photoshoping was required as compared to the panorama I posted a month or two ago. This is truly my favorite spot on the mountain – not the highest, but a quality spot nonetheless.
No, sadly no doodle today – a photo instead. I shot this a few weeks ago with my iPhone. I was on my usual Saturday morning hike through the Blackhawk Country Club hills and decided to stop for this interesting photo-opp. It’s amazing the difference from west to east in lightness. I know it looks like the sun is coming up from behind the hills in the left of the [...]
I left for my morning run around 5:25. Me and my dog, Lucca, get about 2 miles out before we pick up the strong odors of a skunk. At that hour in morning, any increase in skunkalicious odors are not a good thing – the last thing I needed was to get blasted. Anyway, it was slow around the office this morning. The phone wasn’t ringing and nothing on the calendar. So [...]
So I was on a call that I really didn’t want to be one today, and started at the note pad. I honestly never have an intention when I start – but I can usually find a good and accurate interpretation. Today’s little number looks like a bird to me. Maybe I felt like flying today – there was an earthquake, after all. Not a bird? Well then you tell me. [...]
What happens when I’m bored at the office? Well sometimes I start drawing. And that’s exactly what happened today! What is it you ask? I’m not really sure…some boxes? Some lines? A whole lot of nothing that adds up to an incredible nothing! It’s art! My art.
My doodles seem to have a constant style – round, weird, and abstract. Not that this one is any less abstract, but it’s certainly not the same. Maybe I felt rushed? I wonder if this is indicative of the way my day was going? Nonetheless, can you see the swan? I call him swan bot. A robot looking swan. Get it?
This one must have been inspired by all the faces I drew yesterday, as a joke with a friend. I was sitting there on the phone, doodling away, and by the time the conversation was finished, I had this thing staring back at me! Crazy!
It’s not that my mind wanders when I’m on the phone…ok. So maybe it does. I call it, Octopus. Doesn’t it sort of look like an Octopus?
